    I am having issues with Sage Exchange desktop on my Harbor Cloud Server

    Description:

    Even after installing Sage Exchange Desktop on my workstation, I must re-install it each time I exit and log back into my Computer.
    The causes are often ingrained in operating within a Citrix environment or when using SED with a Mac through a Windows parallel.

    Resolution:

    The harbor Cloud services are not systematically compatible with Sage Exchange Desktop. However, there is a workaround to implement on the Server to keep SED from uninstalling from your computer.
    To do so, you will need to install SED on the same driver as the Sage Software. In addition, you are required to operate on a dedicated server. To learn more, please read Citrix and Sage Exchange Desktop.
