Why won't my Nurit print a customer copy of the receipt?
Please check the following setting:
- Press Menu
- Enter the password: Current date, usually in MMDDYYYY format and press Enter
- Choose Merchant Options
- Choose Receipt Print
- Choose Receipt Copy
- Choose Always 2 Copies
- Press Menu until you are back to the Credit Sale screen
