    Why won't my Nurit print a customer copy of the receipt?

    Please check the following setting:

    1. Press Menu
    2. Enter the password: Current date, usually in MMDDYYYY format and press Enter
    3. Choose Merchant Options
    4. Choose Receipt Print
    5. Choose Receipt Copy
    6. Choose Always 2 Copies
    7. Press Menu until you are back to the Credit Sale screen
