Impacted Systems: Vx520 & Vx680 Verifone Terminals
Issue Description: Customers may experience a continual reboot of their Vx Verifone terminals primarily due to the software version installed by the manufacturer.
Details: Vx Series Verifone terminals will require an upgrade prior to June 25th, 2019. In order to address this issue, you should perform the below steps on the impacted terminals:

How to Batch and Settle a Verifone Terminal

Resolution
- From the main screen (sale/settlement/void), press the gray key next to the 'Settle Option' (F3)
- The terminal will prompt you to confirm the settlement amount, go ahead and press 'Enter' to continue
- The terminal may prompt you to confirm a refund or credit amount, go ahead and press 'Enter' to complete
