Description

Your username is determined by your 'Location Admin' at the time your user is created. For new Merchant accounts, the username is the email address when signing up for Paya Connect.

Resolution

If you have forgotten your username, we recommend contacting the 'Location Admin' to obtain that information. If your 'Location Admin' is unable to assist you, please contact Paya Support via chat, email, or telephone.
