    How to set a batch close email recipient in Paya Connect

    Merchants can add either a user or an email address to receive nightly batch reports after your batch closes.


    1. Navigate to the location detail page and click on the 'Batch' tab:

    1. Within the 'Batch' tab, under the 'Batch Close Emails' section, the Merchant will select either 'User' or 'Email' and enter the information below, then click on the orange 'Add Recipient' button:

    1. The Merchant will now see this user or email under the 'Batch Close Email' section. If the Merchant would like to delete the entry, they only need to click the 'Trash' icon to the right of the username/email that needs to be removed.
