Merchants may need to resend a batch close email and this can only be resent to the email address it has already been sent to previously.
- Navigate to the location details by clicking on locations in the left-hand column, then select the location from the list. Once the details page loads, click on the 'Batch' tab.
- On the batch details screen to the left, you will all the previously settled batches:
- Click on the email icon for the batch that you would like to resend the close email for:
- In the pop-up, the Merchant will need to select the recipient they would like to resend the email to by clicking the email icon to the right of the original recipient.
*Please note that Merchants cannot send the email to a new email address.
