    How to resend a batch close email

    Merchants may need to resend a batch close email and this can only be resent to the email address it has already been sent to previously.


    1. Navigate to the location details by clicking on locations in the left-hand column, then select the location from the list. Once the details page loads, click on the 'Batch' tab.

    1. On the batch details screen to the left, you will all the previously settled batches:


    1. Click on the email icon for the batch that you would like to resend the close email for:


    1. In the pop-up, the Merchant will need to select the recipient they would like to resend the email to by clicking the email icon to the right of the original recipient. 

    *Please note that Merchants cannot send the email to a new email address.
