Can I enable AutoClose on my Virtual Terminal?

Paya Exchange offers an automatic batching feature -- usually called ‘auto-close’ or ‘auto-batch’ -- that settles Sale, Credit, and Prior Auth transactions on a daily basis. Auto-close can be set up to run on the hour (i.e., 1:00, 2:00 or 3:00; but not 1:30, 2:30 or 3:30).

Auto-close cannot be configured from within Paya Exchange. If you are interested in enabling, disabling, or changing the settlement time for Paya Exchange, please contact us, and we will be in touch with you shortly.
