    Unlocking a user's account in Paya Exchange

    Description

    Paya Exchange Management System: Can the administrator unlock a user once they have been locked out?

    Resolution

    The PE administrator (anyone with a Role that has the permission for Administration) has access to add, remove, configure, lock and unlock users in Paya Exchange under Administration -> Users. To unlock a user, simply locate their Username and click Unlock. To lock out a user, simply click Locked.
