Description
Attempting to process a transaction on my mobile device and receiving an "Unable to Process" error.
Resolution
Merchants that receive this error message are attempting to use the ROAMpay application instead of the Sage Mobile Payments Application. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue:
- Download the Sage Mobile Payments application for iPhone or the Sage Mobile Payments application for Android
- Enter your login credentials
- Attempt the transaction here, if it is not successful please contact Sage Mobile support for additional troubleshooting
