"Download Failed" repeatedly showing when trying to download Sage Mobile Payments
When I try to download the application why do I receive the message “Download Failed” repeatedly?
To correct this, the application needs to be uninstalled from the mobile device, rebooted by turning the phone off and on again OR by removing the battery and putting it back, and then reinstall application once the phone has rebooted.
Please see below for instructions on how to uninstall and reinstall applications for iPhone and Android users:
To delete the application press and hold down on the Sage Mobile Payments application until it begins to shake. An “X” will appear in the corner of the application. Tap the “X” and you will be asked if you want to delete the application. Select delete and reinstall application from App Store again. **No Double Charge**
Go to Settings, then select Application Manager under one of the tabs. A list of all of the applications on the phone will populate. Scroll down and select the Sage Mobile Payments application. You will see the option to uninstall the application. Once uninstalled, go to Google Play and download the mobile application again.
