    Error: 1 response in Sage Mobile Payments application

    Meaning of "-1" response and if it is coming from Sage Mobile Payments application


    What does the response “-1” mean?  I am getting this message after I swipe or process a payment through the Sage Payments mobile app.


    The are a few factors as to why you would receive response “-1”.  However this response code would only show on Adroid mobile devices and the screen indicates a declined transaction or communication error. To view the decline or any of your transaction history log on to www.mysagemobile.com

    1. Go to My Apps
    2. Choose Sage Mobile Payments. 
    3. Click on the the setting icon on the top left
    4. Click on "Transaction History" option. The system will display your transaction history for the week (you can also extend by selecting the specific transaction).
