What does "Decode Unexpected Error" mean when I swipe my card in the Sage Mobile Payments application?

Resolution

This is most commonly a result of having a device that is not compatible with the G3X card reader. Please verify that your device is listed on the Sage Mobile Device Compatability List. Please be sure that you are looking at the G3X device compatibility list.
