    Error: Obtaining Merchant Account Data when the Link is clicked in the Welcome Email for Sage Mobile Payments

    When the link is clicked in the Welcome Email for Sage Mobile Payments, the following error message is received: "Error obtaining merchant account data."

    Description

    When I click on the link on my 'Welcome Email' for Sage Mobile Payments, what does it mean if I receive the following error: "Error obtaining merchant account data?"

     

     

    Resolution

    If this error is received, the Virtual Terminal does not have an Application ID in the Gateway Administration Tool. Please submit a ticket to Technical Support to have your Application ID added.
