Description
When I click on the link on my 'Welcome Email' for Sage Mobile Payments, what does it mean if I receive the following error: "Error obtaining merchant account data?"
Resolution
If this error is received, the Virtual Terminal does not have an Application ID in the Gateway Administration Tool. Please submit a ticket to Technical Support to have your Application ID added.
