Description

PIN debit transactions require a security code (PIN) to allow for an authorized payment.

Resolution

To prevent fraud, the PIN debit return feature has been disabled at the processor level. If the card has a Visa or MasterCard logo, you can process the return in the same manner as a credit card. Issue cash, check or store credit if the card does not have the Visa or MasterCard logo on it.
