There are two options for swapping out your terminal:

1. We can swap the terminal with a refurbished terminal as long as your terminal can be refurbished. This means that there is no physical damage to the terminal (i.e., water damage, or any other damage including the terminal being dropped and broken). The cost for a swap is $195.
2. You can sign up for the Terminal Replacement Program, if interested, please contact your Sales Representative for more details.

Can I request a different terminal type for a swap?

No, the swap program only applies to replacing equipment with the same model. 

Please Note: The swap program is not valid for equipment that may have a burned modem or water damage.
