    What is daily discount?

    Description
    What is daily discount?

    Resolution
A daily discount plan is used to debit some or all of your transactional processing fees from every batch you settle, instead of debiting those fees at the end of every month.  Fees are deducted from each batch prior to funds being sent to your bank account for deposit.

There are two levels of daily discount plans.  In the first level, only your Discount fees will be deducted from each batch. All other fees will be assessed at the end of each month.  The Discount fees can be located in the Plan Summary section of your merchant statement, and you will see a Discount Paid line in your statement totals (in green below).

In the second level, your Discount fees and many of your per transaction fees will be deducted from each batch. All other fees will be assessed at the end of each month.  In addition to the Discount Paid line item, there will be a Fees Paid line item in your statement totals (in red below).
