    Card holder needs to call their issuing bank.  They should be able to find the number on the back of the card.

    Re-enter the card number and try the transaction again.  If you are swiping a transaction directly through the Virtual Terminal, the credit card magnetic strip may be damaged, the card reader may need to be cleaned or simply replaced.  If you are experiencing this issue with a Sage Exchange Desktop integration please follow these steps.
