Description

While creating Quick Invoices, users and integrators may receive a failure error 500 'Internal Server Error' when adding items to an invoice (this is because the amount field includes commas0.  

Resolution

Instead of entering or sending the amount with a comma, send with just the decimal point and let Paya Connect complete the rest. For example, do not send 2,021.00 instead send 2021.00, and Paya Connect will complete the rest.
