Does the Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal send transaction confirmation emails?

Resolution

The Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal (PEVT) is designed for merchants in fast-paced retail environments. In alignment with this design principle, there are no fields for collecting customers' email addresses to send transaction confirmations.

The SEVT can, however, be configured to send transaction confirmation emails to the address associated with the administrative user. This requires some changes in the back-end settings. To request this, please contact Virtual Terminal support by email or ticket.
