    Description

    Where can I locate the 2.0 directory to delete the Sage Exchange Desktop installation for the different versions of Windows?

    Resolution

    On XP:

    1. Go to the “Start” Menu

    2. Click on “Computer” or “My Computer”

    3. Open up Local Disk (C:)

    4. Open up Documents and Settings

    5. Open up the User folder (the user folder would be for the “user” that’s logged into that PC)

    *To show Hidden Folders click on the ALT key. Go to Tools à Folder Options à Click on the View tab à Select the radio button for “Show hidden folders, files, and drives”.

    6. Open up Local Settings

    7. Open Apps

    8. Open 2.0

    On Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10:

    1. Go to the “Start” Menu

    2. Click on “Computer” or “My Computer”

    3. Open up Local Disk (C:)

    4. Open up Users

    5. Open up the user’s folder (the user folder would be for the “user” that’s logged into that PC)

    6. Open up AppData

    7. Open up Local
