    Locations of the Sage Exchange Desktop 2.0 directory in Windows

    Description

    Where can I locate the 2.0 directory to delete the Sage Exchange Desktop installation for the different versions of Windows?


    Resolution

    On XP:

    1. Go to the “Start” Menu

    2. Click on “Computer” or “My Computer”

    3. Open up Local Disk (C:)

    4. Open up Documents and Settings

    5. Open up the User folder (the user folder would be for the “user” that’s logged into that PC)

    • To show Hidden Folders click on the ALT key. Go to Tools à Folder Options à Click on the View tab à Select the radio button for “Show hidden folders, files, and drives”.

    6. Open up Local Settings

    7. Open Apps

    8. Open 2.0


    On Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10:

    1. Go to the “Start” Menu

    2. Click on “Computer” or “My Computer”

    3. Open up Local Disk (C:)

    4. Open up Users

    5. Open up the user’s folder (the user folder would be for the “user” that’s logged into that PC)

    6. Open up AppData

    7. Open up Local

    8. Open up Apps

    9. Open up 2.0
