How to view a trace log in Sage Exchange Desktop.
Sage Exchange is not installing. Is there a trace log I can pull?
Turning on a trace log is a good way to determine what is causing problems with Sage Exchange Desktop (installation or others). To view the Sage Exchange Desktop trace log, please follow these instructions:
- From the bottom right of your computer desktop, right-click on the Sage Exchange Desktop icon. Highlight the Tracing option, then highlight the On option if needed.
- When the trace log option is turned on, you can then click the View Log option to view the trace log; this opens in a Notepad file.
