Description
My Sage Mobile Payments account is locked, and I cannot reset my password.
Resolution
If you have attempted to log into your Sage Mobile Payments account unsuccessfully after several attempts, your account will be locked. Once the account is locked you will need to reset your password.
You can reset your credentials either on the www.mysagemobile.com site or on the Sage Mobile Payments app by using the "Forgot Password" link. If you cannot reset the password you will need to contact the Sage Mobile Payments Support Team to have the account unlocked.
