    Unable to Log in to the Sage Payments App on the iPhone after the phone was registered on mysagemobile.com

    Why can't I log in to the Sage Payments app on my iPhone, even after I registered my phone on mysagemobile.com?


    Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

    1. Delete the Sage Payments application from your iPhone, and log in to www.mysagemobile.com with the same username and password to ensure your log in credentials are accurate 
    2. After a successful log-in online, re-install the application on your iPhone and try to log in with the same username and password  
    3. You must ensure that you have downloaded the correct application and are using the correct swiper 
    4. The application is called "Sage Payments," not Roam Pay X, and the swiper says "Sage" on it, not Roam Data
