    Unable to login to the Sage Payments app on the iPhone after phone was registered on mysagemobile.com

    Why can't I login to the Sage Payments app on my iPhone, even after I registered my phone on mysagemobile.com?


    Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

    1. Delete the Sage Payments application from your iPhone, login to www.mysagemobile.com with the same username and password to ensure your login credentials are still good. 
    2. After a successful login online, re-install the application on your iPhone and try to login with the same username and password.  
    3. You must make sure that you have downloaded the correct application and are using the correct swiper. 
    4. The application is called "Sage Payments," not Roam Pay X, and the swiper says "Sage" on it, not Roam Data.
