Why can't I login to the Sage Payments app on my iPhone, even after I registered my phone on mysagemobile.com?
Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:
- Delete the Sage Payments application from your iPhone, login to www.mysagemobile.com with the same username and password to ensure your login credentials are still good.
- After a successful login online, re-install the application on your iPhone and try to login with the same username and password.
- You must make sure that you have downloaded the correct application and are using the correct swiper.
- The application is called "Sage Payments," not Roam Pay X, and the swiper says "Sage" on it, not Roam Data.
