    Paya will never request that you provide your social security number or other sensitive information in response to an email or text message. If you receive a suspicious email or text message, do not click on any links, download attachments, or provide any information. If you receive any suspicious emails that use Paya’s name, please notify us immediately by submit a ticket and we will be in touch with you shortly..

    What should you do if you did open a Phishing Scam email?

    • Change your Password in the Virtual Terminal right away
    • Call us at 877-470-4001 to report this activity or submit a ticket .

    From: SagePay_VT59905@vt-sagepay-004.com
    To: <merchant@example.com> Date: Thu, Jan 12, 2012 5:19 pm
    Subject: Account Expired

    - SagePay Virtual Merchant Account Alert -

    Your account has expired. If you intend to use our services in the future you have to update your online info now.
    - Download the attached login page in this email to continue. Thank you - SagePay Merchant Services Team.
