How do I unlock my Virtual Reports account?
If you receive a message that reads, "Invalid Username and/or Password..." please follow these instructions to reset your password:
My Virtual Reports Password Reset Instructions
If you attempt to log into My Virtual Reports and receive a message that reads, "Account Locked..." your credentials have been attempted unsuccessfully at least 3 times. Following the password reset instructions while the account is locked will not update the password, and you will continue to receive an "Account Locked..." error when attempting to log in.

Please note that My Virtual Reports now is compatible with Microsoft Internet Explorer, Google, Chrome, and Mozilla Firefox for Windows users. For Mac users we recommend using Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.
