    Why isn't my temporary Virtual Terminal password working?


    Resolution

    If you are unexpectedly having difficulties logging into the Virtual Terminal with a newly issued temporary password, please try clearing your browser's cache and reopening the browser you are using. 


    If you are still experiencing issues logging on, please contact our Virtual Terminal support at 877-470-4001.
