Some Payment Center users in Sage50, 2016 Edition, and Sage100, 2016 Edition, may see a screen requesting a Tax ID or an application for payment processing when they already have an account with Paya.
- Confirm that you are using Sage50 2016.2 product update
- Confirm that you have your processing account MID and MKEY entered in the Credit Card Service screen
- In the Company Maintenance, make sure credit card processing is enabled
- In the Payment Type Maintenance, make sure you have a MID and MKEY entered for credit card payment types
