When a user encounters the Tax ID screen prompt in Payment Center

Some Payment Center users in Sage 50, 2016 Edition, and Sage 100, 2016 Edition, may see a screen requesting a Tax ID or an application for payment processing when they already have an account with Paya.
Sage 50 2016
- Confirm that you are using Sage 50 2016.2 product update
- Confirm that you have your processing account MID and MKEY entered in the Credit Card Service screen
Sage 100 2016
- In Company Maintenance make sure credit card processing is enabled
- In Payment Type Maintenance make sure you have an MID and MKEY entered for Credit Card payment types
