    How do I submit my IRS documents to Paya?

    Description

    Merchants might need to submit IRS documents to Paya for end of year filings, these most importantly will be the 1099-MISC.  

    Please note that this is not related to the 1099K that Paya sends out to merchants in the first week of February every year.   


    Resolution

    Merchants can submit these documents via fax to the information below:


    Attn: Merchant Financial Services 

    Re: (DBA) (Merchant Account ID) IRS Documents

    Number: 703-997-4609


    You can also email PDF copies to HQ.underwriting@paya.com the subject line should include (DBA) (Merchant Account ID) IRS documents.  Please include any special instructions that you would like to convey in the body of the email.
