    How do I submit my IRS documents to Paya?


    All Merchant Accounts


    Merchants may need to submit IRS documents to Paya for end-of-year filings, these most importantly will be the 1099-MISC.  

    Please note that this is not related to the 1099-K that Paya sends out to Merchants in the first week of February every year.   


    Merchants can submit these documents via fax to the information below:

    Attn: Merchant Financial Services 

    Re: (DBA) (Merchant Account ID) IRS Documents

    Number: 703-997-4609

    You can also email PDF copies to Paya-Underwriting@nuvei.com and the subject line should include (DBA) (Merchant Account ID) IRS documents. Please include any special instructions that you would like to convey in the body of the email.
