Description:
The Advanced Fraud Protection service provides reporting within My Virtual Reports.
Resolution:
You can use the My Virtual Reports site to view reports on transactions identified with Advanced Fraud Protection services. Please see What is My Virtual Reports? for information on that site.
Once logged in, you can access the report under the "Reporting" menu:
Once you have accessed the report, you can choose a date range and then click the "View Report" button to display the data:
The "Rules Triggered" column displays the number of fraud protection rules the transaction failed to pass. The score is an indication of the probability that a transaction was fraudulent. The higher the number, the more probable that the transaction was fraud.
