A customer who has been emailed an invoice from Sage 50 clicks on the link to pay the invoice online, but the e-Invoice service has not been configured in the Payment Center.

Once the setup is complete, re-send the invoice from Sage 50 and the customer will be able to use the payment link from the new email.
