PAX issued an end-of-life notice for the PAX E500 and the final factory shipment was sent in December 2022. PAX will discontinue service and repair in 2025.
The PAX E500 is included in a packaged solution that is offered through TSYS; Vital Select X8. In response to the PAX E500 end-of-life, we will no longer offer the Vital Selecr X8 solution, as of June 30, 2023. Technical Support will continue through July 30, 2024.
