    ACCOUNT UPDATER 2.0: How do I know which of my customers were updated by Account Updater?

    Resolution

    You can access a report with the details of which card information has been updated by logging in to My Virtual Reports at https://www.myvirtualreports.com.  Select Reporting, Account Updater 2.0 Report, then select your desired date range and click View Report.

    Click the magnifying glass next to the month, year and card brand to view the detailed report.


    Developers who would like to add Account Updater reporting to their integrated payment applications should visit our Developer Portal, https://developer.sagepayments.com/, to access the API specifications.
