    Not able to change Merchant ID and Merchant Key in Sage50 CA (formerly Simply Accounting)

    Description

    Why am I unable to change my Merchant ID and Merchant Key in Sage50 - CE (formerly Simply Accounting)? The fields are greyed out.


    Resolution

    There are two criteria pieces that must be met to update your Merchant ID and Merchant Key in Sage50 - Canadian Edition:

    1. You must be signed in as a sysadmin
    2. You must be in under Single User Mode

    You can switch between Single- and Multi-user modes from the file menu.
