Why am I unable to change my Merchant ID and Merchant Key in Sage 50 - CE (formerly Simply Accounting)? The fields are greyed out.
There are two pieces that must be met to update your Merchant ID and Merchant Key in Sage 50 - Canadian Edition:
- You must be signed in as a sysadmin.
- You must be in under Single User Mode.
You can switch between Single and Multi-user modes from the file menu.
