What does "Error Code 10" mean in Simply Accounting?
"Error Code 10" in Simply Accounting indicates an invalid Merchant ID or MKey.
If you receive an "Error Code 10" within Simply Accounting, you must delete the Merchant ID and Merchant Key, click 'OK' to save it as blank, then re-enter the Merchant ID and Merchant Key again and click 'Save'.
Following those steps should resolve this error message. Please note, that you cannot just update the Merchant ID and Merchant Key. You will need to delete it, then save it, re-enter the information and save it again to resolve this issue.
