What does "Error Code 10" mean in Simply Accounting?
"Error Code 10" in Simply Accounting indicates an invalid Merchant ID or MKey
If you receive an "Error Code 10" within Simply Accounting, you must delete the Merchant ID and key, click 'OK' to save it as blank, then re-enter the Merchant ID and key again and click 'Save'.
Following those steps should resolve this error message. Please note, you cannot just update the Merchant ID and Mkey. You will need to delete it, then save it, and re-enter the information and save again to resolve this issue.
