This error occurs when there is a communication error during settlement. Please check with Paya at 1-800-261-0240 or 1-800-552-8227 to verify whether your batch was received before proceeding.
If your batch was not received, follow the steps below:
- Press Clear, Function, 9
- Press Enter 3 times
- Press 9. and you will see 'Must Check Totals'
- Press Function, 5, 1 and your totals will print/display
- Press 9, Enter and your batch will be transmitted
