The Sage Mobile App on my iPad is not displaying correctly
How can I correctly view my Sage Mobile Payments application to process payments on my iPad?
An example of what I see is:
Steps to take:
- Uninstall the app
- Before reinstalling hold the iPad in Portrait orientation, or upright. We recommend that you also make sure the Rotation Lock setting is not engaged
- When you launch the app for the first time in portrait orientation, it will display correctly moving forward
