    How can I correctly view my Sage Mobile Payments application to process payments on my iPad?

    An example of what I see is:

     

     

     

    Resolution


    Steps to take:

    1. Uninstall the app
    2. Before reinstalling hold the iPad in Portrait orientation, or upright. We recommend that you also make sure the Rotation Lock setting is not engaged
    3. When you launch the app for the first time in portrait orientation, it will display correctly moving forward
