Receiving calls when processing a transaction in Sage Mobile Payments
If I receive a call or text message while processing a transaction in Sage Mobile Payments, will it cause an error?
Your transaction will not be affected if your cellular provider allows simultaneous data and cellular communication. These carriers are GSM and require a SIM card -- for example, AT&T. CDMA carriers do not support simultaneous cellular/data. Please contact your carrier to verify which type of service they use.
In the event of an interrupted transaction, we strongly recommend checking www.mysagemobile.com to see whether or not the transaction was approved before attempting it again.
