    How do Moneris CA Merchants get a copy of the co-branded welcome letter?


    Typically, Moneris faxes a Welcome package to new merchants for every new account they board. The package contains a co-branded (Paya/Moneris) welcome letter that features critical information merchants will need to activate their Moneris e-Select Plus Store, also referred to as Merchant Resource Center. It's within this resource center that we can see and compare API Token ID for troubleshooting purposes.

    If as a Merchant you'd like to request a duplicate copy because you've either lost the original or haven't received one at all, we recommend that you contact your Moneris Sales Representative. Alternatively, you may call directly the Moneris 24/7 call center at 1-866-319-7450 to request a copy.
