    What is the Quick Actions box?


    Resolution

    The Quick Actions box is present on most pages in the Virtual Terminal. It provides users with a quick and simple way to perform two common tasks: searches and sales.

    The Transaction Search tab allows the user to search for transactions using the name, last four digits of the card/account number, order ID, amount, reference number, approval/authorization code, and date. The number of search results can be limited to 100, 250, or 500. Please note that the full Transaction Search feature, located in the Reporting menu, has further search options to help filter your results.

    The Sale Transaction tab allows users to process a credit card sale. Optional information, such as a Ship To address or a CVV code, is not included. The Require Address Fields box can be unchecked for an even-more minimal interface that only asks for a name, card number, expiration date, and amount:
