Why am I receiving a “Company Requires Conversion - Company Guide:” error when configuring the Sage 50 2017 plugin?
Resolution
The Sage 50 update has been applied but requires you to restart your computer for completion. When this error is returned it is indicating that the update has not been applied completely, restarting the computer will resolve it.
