Sage 50, Payment Center, and eInvoice
When an invoice payer clicks the Click-to-Pay link in their email they are brought to a screen displaying a 504 error.
This is caused by Microsoft Outlook breaking the wrapping of the Click-to-Pay link when the email is sent from Sage 50 instead of the Online Payment Center.
Below are two options that can resolve this issue:
- The payer can either copy the full link into their web browser
- The email sent to the payer can be sent from the Online Payment Center interface
