    How to store payment information in the Paya Secure Vault using Paya Connect Desktop

    Description

    The Paya Connect Desktop - Vault window allows you to store payment information in the Paya Vault.  This window opens when you enter or modify payment information for a customer in a PCD integrated solution that allows for the vault storage.  This window does not submit a transaction for payment.

     Resolution

    1. Within the integrated software select whether you are storing a credit card or an ACH account. 
    2. Once the Paya Connect Desktop - Vault window is launched by the software enter the payment account number like a credit card number.
    3. Enter the expiration date if applicable.
    4. Click the submit button save the payment information in the Paya Vault.
