    Error: “Server Error” at the login session in the Payment Center

    Why am I getting a Server Error on every login attempt in the Payment Center? Both the MID and MKEY are keyed in Sage 50.



    Verify that the MID/MKEY that are entered in Sage 50 match an existing Paya Exchange Virtual Terminal (the VT within Sageexchange.com).

    Also, to access Payment Center, remember to use the same credentials you would use to log into your SageExchange.com account. If the issue persists, please contact our Support Team at 1-877-470-4001.
