Paya Merchant Self-Directed portal (MSD)
After starting a merchant application on the MSD, the customer might need to return to the document later to complete the application. If the customer does not remember their password, they will need to replace that password,
From the home screen, the merchant will need to click the "forgot password" link and enter the email address associated with their account.
The customer will receive an email with a tokenized link to reset their password. This link will only be good for 24 hours. If the customer is continuing to have trouble gaining access to the MSD, we ask that the customer, please contact us and we will be in touch to resolve the issue shortly.
