When contacts do not want to have their card stored, or are using a payment card for a one-time transaction, you may want to run a transaction without saving the card. The steps to do this are noted below:
- Open the 'Contact's Overview' tab, please see How to access a Contact for those steps.
- You can access the Virtual Terminal for a one-time transaction by clicking either the 'Charge Contact' button in the top right corner, the 'Charge' tab, or the 'Change Contact' button in the 'Recent Transactions' section:
- Complete the required transaction information:
- Then click the 'Process Transaction' button at the bottom of the page.
