Sage Exchange Desktop
This error occurs when you have configured IP Restrictions in your Virtual Terminal. If you are processing transactions in Sage50 from an IP Address that you have not allowed; you will receive this error response and any transactions will not be processed.
- Log into Virtual Terminal and go to Configuration, IP Restrictions
- Click the API/Shopping Cart tab
- Change the Restriction Type to Allow All and click Update
- Resubmit the transaction through Sage50.
