    Nothing happens after I click the SUBMIT button in Sage Exchange Desktop

    Some users see cases in which clicking SUBMIT when attempting to charge a card or add/edit a card in the vault results in no response from SED.  The issue presents as though the SUBMIT button was not clicked at all.

    Cause
    There is a validation process built into Sage Exchange Desktop that checks the credit card number through a mod 10 check; and also checks the address fields in SED when submitting a payment.  If there is any issue with any of the information in these fields, an exclamation mark in a red circle should appear next to that field.  The SUBMIT button won't function until the impacted field is edited and the exclamation mark icon disappears.  SED 2.0.2.14 has a defect that is preventing the exclamation mark from displaying.

    Resolution
    An update to Sage Exchange Desktop was deployed on July 11, 2017 to resolve this issue.  You will be prompted to update to version 2.0.2.16 upon launching Sage Exchange Desktop.  This update requires Windows admin permissions to install.
