How can I determine who processed a specific transaction in the Paya Exchange?

Resolution

Every transaction can be traced to a username and each user should be assigned an individual username within Administration > Users. Using a shared log-in is not recommended since there would be no way to determine the origin of a specific transaction.  

To see which user processed a transaction, search for the transaction in the 'Virtual Terminal Mini-App', then select 'View'. In the transaction information section, it will list the user who processed the transaction.
