Where do I create my username and password for Sage Mobile Payments?
Resolution
Shortly after your Sage Mobile Payments account is approved, you will receive an email titled New Sage Mobile Payments Account Setup for [business name]. This email contains a Launch button:
This button will open the registration page in your web browser. For security purposes, you will be asked for the last four digits of the SSN associated with your merchant account:
This takes you to the registration page which, among other things, allows you to create the username and password that will be used to sign in to both the Sage Mobile Payments app on your mobile device, as well as www.mysagemobile.com:
If the setup email has already been used to create a Masterline, pressing the Launch button will return this message:
